Quality Assurance and Environmental Protection
Our company has introduced a quality and environmental management system in the manufacturing of equipment for the distribution and transmission of electric energy with the aim of:
- accomplishing the highest possible level of product quality
- understanding customer’s quality requirements and ensuring customer satisfaction
- continually improving the system, process and products
- minimising harmful effects on the environment caused by own processes and activities
- manufacturing products and providing services in full compliance with the laws and regulations on environmental protection and safety at work
Our aspirations are based on understanding requirements, on awareness of company manufacturing and technological possibilities, own insights and development, years of experience and applicable norms and documentation, as well as the use of environmentally acceptable processes and technologies.
The quality management and environmental protection system was developed based on the requirements laid down in ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 international standards. The system will be maintained with the help of a certified, internationally recognised and neutral certifying agency.
The final success in our endeavours to implement a quality management and environmental protection system depends on the overall engagement and effort of all company staff at all levels. It is therefore necessary that all staff members in the system:
- perform their tasks and duties in accordance with the procedures in force
- draw attention to issues so that these could be solved as soon as possible
- look for and suggest better ways of performing tasks and doing business at company level.
